A meaningful family tradition I have is, me and my dad and stepmom watch every Harry Potter movie, during christmas time.

 Today in class we went over peoples, names, and the stories and the culture behind those names.

Today I learned how important symbols are, towards one culture

If someone saw me as only my race

 I think you would miss out on most of my personality, and refuse to see my kindness, I would be a shell of who I really am, from your perspective. That's unfair to me and it makes it more difficult to make a real connection with people around you. If someone saw me and recognized me by my stereotype, they may never get a chance to talk to me, to maybe know me behind my race.
